You do not have to sit like him, just keep your spine straight.
You do not have to breath like him, although, deep inhales are very helpful.

When they say to clear your mind, that is impossible.

When you observe, thoughts sometimes disappear, but always move on.
It is like watching a river flow by.
No attachment; just observe your reactions.

What we think,
so we become.

Keep a journal.
Start writing down your activities of the day.
Use short forms and ignore spelling errors.

What music did you listen to?
Was it Calm/remorseful/erratic?
What thoughts went through your mind?

Observe.
When reading a book, you observe the act of reading.

Pay Attention.
Question your thoughts.
Sometimes, we deceive ourselves or permit ourselves to behave in a particular way.

You do not have to own it.
If it comes back again, dismiss it again.
